Holster selection, safe presentation, re-holstering and carrying responsibly through an ordinary day.

04

Maryland law

The legal framework for owning, carrying and using a firearm in Maryland, and what the law expects of you.

06 · Safety

Safety is not a feature. It is the foundation.

Defense begins with avoidance. Before anyone loads a magazine, students learn the four rules, safe storage at home, and, just as importantly, when not to draw.

  1. 01Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
  2. 02Never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy.
  3. 03Keep your finger off the trigger until the sights are on target.
  4. 04Know your target and what lies beyond it.
