Safety
No student handles a loaded pistol before the rules are second nature. Every hour of live fire is supervised by a Range Safety Officer.
Defense begins with avoidance. Before anyone loads a magazine, students learn the four rules, safe storage at home, and, just as importantly, when not to draw.
- 01Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
- 02Never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy.
- 03Keep your finger off the trigger until the sights are on target.
- 04Know your target and what lies beyond it.
